St. Johnsbury Pleasant & Gilman Water, Sewer, and Stormwater Improvements

Work to be performed under this project includes new pavement, new subbase, drainage, sanitary sewer, water system modifications, sidewalks, curbing, pavement markings, landscaping, erosion control measures, and other roadway related items.

Bethlehem Landfill Berm Construction

This project is the construction of a 280,000-cy berm that will act as a new cell for New England Waste Services.  Included with the berm construction is all landfill gas and leachate piping, and primary and secondary liner systems.
